    The followings are the terms and conditions of CityOne Limousine Services, a limousine company providing transportation services to clients:

    1. Reservation and Payment:

    Clients must make a reservation for our services in advance. A deposit is required to secure the reservation, Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account. CityOne Limousine Services. accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Credit card authorization forms must be completed and signed before confirmation of services. Checks or cash may also be accepted subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes. Checks may be required to be received in advance to clear before the date(s) services are rendered. Cash payments may also need to be paid in advance. Chauffeurs do not carry change. New and one-time clients may be required to present their cards for swiping. Additional ID verification may also be necessary.

    2. Cancellation and Changes:

    Changes in Travel Arrangements are subject to the availability of the Service operator and can be made by the Passenger, or the person making the reservation, even after the conclusion of the booking. CityOne Limousine Services understands that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable. Unless otherwise agreed to or provided in writing, the following applies:

    All reservations booked less than 72 hours before the pickup time can be canceled within 2 hours from the time of the booking without any charges.

    Cancellation can only be made in writing at least 72 hours before the pickup time by sending an email to A full fare, including a 20% chauffeur gratuity will be billed to the credit card on file for cancellation received less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

    3. No Shows:

    If you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office immediately at +1 (415) 494-4044 to avoid the full charge “no-show” fee.  A full fare, including a 20% chauffeur gratuity will be billed if passengers fail to be at the designated pickup location (No-show). If you couldn’t locate your chauffeur for any reason, please call our dispatcher at +1 (415) 494-4044 to avoid being billed as a no-show. Do not leave your location without communicating with our dispatcher.

    4. Service:

    CityOne Limousine Services will provide transportation services to clients in a safe and timely manner. Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the service. No smoking or alcohol is allowed in the vehicle. CityOne Limousine Services reserves the right to terminate the service if the client engages in inappropriate or dangerous behavior.

    5. Liability:

    CityOne Limousine Services is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the service. CityOne Limousine Services is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.

    6. Confidentiality:

    CityOne Limousine Services respects the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any personal information without their consent, except as required by law.

    7. Governing Law:

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes between CityOne Limousine Services and the client shall be resolved in the courts of California.

    8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    CityOne Limousine Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
